  • You may use the data for personal or commercial purposes unless explicitly prohibited.
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or repackage the data without prior written permission.
  • Use of the data must comply with all applicable laws, including anti-spam regulations.

3. Data Sourcing & Compliance

The IntelliKnight USA Company List is compiled from publicly available, open, and properly licensed sources. We do not include private, confidential, or illegally obtained data.

All information is gathered with the intent of lawful business use and complies with international data regulations to the best of our knowledge. However, it is your responsibility to ensure your use of the data aligns with local laws, including anti-spam and privacy regulations such as GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and others.

4. Sanctions & Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable United States export laws and regulations, including, without limitation, the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) sanctions programs. We do not sell to, ship to, or otherwise provide goods or services to individuals or entities located in, or ordinarily resident in, countries or regions subject to U.S. embargoes or sanctions, including Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are not located in any such country or region, are not an individual or entity identified on any U.S. government restricted party list, and will not resell or transfer our products to such individuals, entities, or destinations.

5. Payments

All payments are processed via Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. No credit card information is stored on our servers.

6. Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or correctness of the data. You use it at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

IntelliKnight is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our datasets or services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

9. Disclaimer of Results and Dataset Limitations

All IntelliKnight datasets are compiled from publicly available business listings. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy and completeness, not every row contains full contact details. Some entries may lack a phone number, email address, website, or physical location.

You understand and agree that:

  • The dataset is sold “as is” with no guarantee of completeness, correctness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
  • Results may vary depending on how you use the data.
  • IntelliKnight does not guarantee any specific outcome, business performance, or return on investment.

By purchasing the dataset, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description and understand its limitations. No refunds will be issued on the basis of data quality, quantity, or performance expectations.
